It has fallen every month since January 2007. Therefore, home owners opt to rent their properties to get a cash flow, rather than taking lower prices for their properties.
In this very situation, we have created measures to build bridges between owners and buyers. That is our “Rent to Own Program.” In this program, owners do not sell their properties now, but may do so in one or two years down the road, similarly, buyers are not bound in a purchasing contract now, but rather, have an option to buy further down the road. If, for some reason, the future conditions do not allow the buyer to exercise the option to buy, he or she can always walk away from the deal. Therefore, buyers do not have to take much of a risk.
